UGH!!! the nerve of some people in this town.
2 am I discovered that my car was broken into. Someone got a rock n hurled it into the right side of my car, shattering the glass, and took what he could get his hand on. I called the police and filed a report. The police officer dusted for some fingerprints, looked into my car with me to see if I could see anythign missing. I mentioned to him that my hot topic bag was missing from the trunk of my car. The officer stopped what he was doing and said "huh, we caught a guy earlier tonight who was carrying a hot topic bag." We talked more about this bag, and i told him what was inside of it.. He made a few calls, and down to the Chico PD we went ^_^ we sat around in the lobby for a bit. Another officer came by and asked me if I could tell him what was inside of it. I told him all I could remember, and I even offered to draw up a picture of my belongings. ... and knowing me, I drew up a sketch of what I could remember, and handed it to the officer. ( I even wrote side notes naxt to the pictures, what color the item was, what size it was, and if it had any interesting markings on it ) He looked at it for a few seconds, and told me to wait in the lobby for a little bit longer. Moments later he came out with a large hot topic bag, and just started pulling out items after items, asking if i regconized any of it. It was all there, everything I drew in the sketch, and notes I wrote down, were all in that bag.
So now the asshole who did this to my car is in custody, and I'll keep you guys posted.
